Choose Skin Care Product

Are you confuse which skin care products are suitable for you? Choosing what type of skin care products that suitable to ourselves is an important step. This will either worsen your skin condition or improve the skin health. Generally, I sort out and classified eight main groups of the type and condition here for you to first identify which group you belongs to, and then only focus to select which kind of products is ideal for you. Certain people will fall into more than one of the following skin group, for example, dry skin can be sensitive and come with start aging or pigmentation.

Observe these regions of your skin: forehead, temple, eye area, nose area, nose below, inner cheek, outer cheek, chin, lower cheek, neck, and chest.

We want to check the sensitivity, moisture, hydration, oil secretion, pore size, acne or comedone, skin elasticity, texture, line or wrinkle, and skin color or pigmentation.

1. Normal skin
Most of the time every part of your skin is not oily and does not feels tight when touch.

2. Oil Prone Skin
Most of the time T-zone looks shinny and touch oily, cheek either oily or normal, skin pore with either medium or large pores. Some time oily skin could be looks dry on the surface due to the wrong skin care product been using. The oil congested in the skin pore. Touch your face T-zone and cheek area, check and compare both sides whether lubricate your finger or you feel tight on your face.

3. Combination Skin
Occasional T-zone looks shinny and touch oily, occasional tightness especially cheek, skin pore medium.

4. Dry / Dehydrated Skin
Flaky skin especially hair line, skin feels tight, skin pore is small.

5. Sensitive Skin
Observe your skin whether react or repond to certain substance when you touch or eat. Frequently skin looks red or certain area spot redness, occasional itchy / rash especially after touching certain material or food intake, negative reaction to ordinary skin products. Recommend when test new product, try it at other skin area such as arm before using it.

6. Acne Prone Skin
Frequently this skin breakouts of acne and pimples especially cheek and nose. Any acne or comedone on the face and it appear frequently.

7. Pigmentation Skin
Blemishes, freckles, colorations and uneven skin tones appear no matter which area. Most of the time pigmentation will not show when you are in young age, it might be hiding beneath the epidermis. When age increase, then only it will slowly appear.

8. Premature Aging
Fine lines and wrinkles are seen; normally start from skin around eye area. Are there any lines or wrinkle around eye area?
